She is well-versed in working with financial companies and helping clients reach their dream of having bariatric surgery. She is here for you from the first phone call, through obtaining financing and medical records, to the completion of surgery. To achieve these goals, Kristyna touches base with each patient on a weekly basis and is reachable by phone or email. Diane, the goddess of insurance authorization and case management, has a long history of working with insurance companies in Nevada. Once your file is ready to be submitted to the insurance company, Diane will keep you up to date on a weekly basis with the status of the pending authorization. When it comes to obtaining authorization, she is very meticulous with her files and leaves no stone unturned. Along with insurance authorization, Diane obtains benefits and eligibility on each client's insurance before the first appointment and re-verifies it prior to surgery. Holly has been hanging out with Dr. Tom for 11 years now. She is fascinated by the field of bariatrics and has been the practice manager for Blossom Bariatrics from the time of conception. You will find her throughout the office working with everyone from patients to vendors. There is not a hat that Holly does not wear at the office! In her free time she enjoys playing indoor soccer, working on gluten-free recipes and spending time with her family.
