BPM (Bariatric Practice Manager) formerly: EMR (Electronic Medical Record) 
The BPM is an online service provided through Blossom Bariatrics as a way for you to have access to your medical records 24/7. All labs, consults, test results, and correspondences will be available to you through your BPM. 

After the Seminar go to the BPM, create a username and password, then complete the initial medical intake history.  

Once you have created your account you will have full access to you medical records with Blossom Bariatrics, including viewing test results, confirming referrals and tracking progress towards surgery.

EMMI
Emmi is an online educational tool that you will use to learn about various topics pertaining to weight loss surgery. Emmi is available to you and your support person(s) at anytime during your weight loss journey. It is also part of the educational process that Dr. Umbach requires. 

To use Emmi, you will need a user code (provided to you by Blossom Bariatrics via email) and your birthdate.  Please Contact Blossom Bariatrics to set up the user code and birthdate for you if you have not already received them.
